EVERY WEDNESDAY
·         Sunway (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
·         One Utama, The Curve, Damansara Perdana (7:00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m. only)

COD is available within Malaysia, Selangor areas only. All delivery hotspots listed above are FOC. For any other places, a small fee maybe chargeable.


COURIER SERVICES:
POS EKPRESS OR EXPRESS
- Pos Express Service only applies to domestic delivery (within Malaysia).
- A Pos Express package will arrive on the next working day after postage.
- Proof of delivery (tracking number) will be provided.
- Standard rate applies within Malaysia (Inclusive of Sabah & Sarawak)
                RM 4.50 – Limited to 1 item only
                RM 7.00 – Limited to 2 to 3 items only

POS LAJU
- Pos Laju offers domestic and international delivery services.
- A Pos Laju package will arrive on the next working day (within Malaysia only) and 2 to 3 working days for areas outside Malaysia (overseas).
- Proof of delivery (tracking number) will be provided.
- Signature of receiver (or a representative) is required upon handing over of the package.

- Pos Laju Rates within Peninsular Malaysia:-

Note: The above amount is not inclusive of 10% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 5% GST (No 5% GST for item(s) posted from Langkawi and Labuan)
*  Minimum charges are RM 6.00 for a Pos Laju delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.

- Pos laju Rates For Between Peninsular And Sarawak/Sabah:-

Note: The above amount is not inclusive of 10% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 5% GST (No 5% GST for item posted from Langkawi and Labuan)
*  Minimum charges are RM 9.00 for a Pos Laju delivery between Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak/Sabah.

- Parcel will be send out on every Tuesday and Friday only.
- D Looking Glass provides FREE COURIER SERVICE for orders of RM 150.00* and above. (*Applicable to purchases within Malaysia only)
- For buyers residing outside Malaysia, please drop us an email at info@dlookingglass.com for any enquiries regarding courier fees.
- D Looking Glass will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping. However, in our experience for the past 2 years, all 100% of our packages have been successfully delivered with no loss / damage.
- Tracking numbers will be provided to purchasers to check on the status of their package via Pos Malaysia website.
