Step 1  : Browse through our items and add your favorite item(s) into your shopping cart.

Step 2  : Submit your shopping cart and fill in the necessary details. Please specify in the 'Remarks' column if you want to do COD.

Step 3  : Order Entry Form will be send to info@dlookingglass.com

Step 4  : An Order Request confirmation email will be send to you within 5 minutes to verify your order.

Step 5  : A Purchase Invoice email will be send to you within 24 hours containing payment details - amount, postage / COD cost (if any). Please make payment to the bank account number given within 3 days. Items will be released to the next interested buyer after that. If you can't make payment within 3 days for whatever reason, do let us know and we'll try to accommodate. Please reply the email and inform us once payment is made.

Step 6  : A Payment Receipt email will be send to you once we've received your payment. Your package will be posted out on the next postage run.

Step 7  : A Goods Shipment Info email will be send to you once we've posted your package. Necessary posting details will be provided in order for you to check the status of your package.

Step 8  : Do let us know at info@dlookingglass.com once you've received your package. We love receiving compliments or constructive criticism from our customers as we are always on our toes to serve you better =)

Courier services:

Pos Ekpress OR EXPRESS

-  Pos Express Service only applies to domestic delivery (within Malaysia).

-  A Pos Express package will arrive on the next working day after postage.

-  Proof of delivery (tracking number) will be provided.

-  Standard rate applies within Malaysia (Inclusive of Sabah & Sarawak)

                RM 4.00 – Limited to 1 item only

                RM 7.00 – Limited to 2 to 3 items only

Pos Laju

-  Pos Laju offers domestic and international delivery services.

-  A Pos Laju package will arrive on the next working day (within Malaysia only) and 2 to 3 working days for areas outside Malaysia (overseas).

-  Proof of delivery (tracking number) will be provided.

-  Signature of receiver (or a representative) is required upon handing over of the package.

-  Pos Laju Rates within Peninsular Malaysia:-

-  D Looking Glass will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

-  Tracking numbers will be provided to purchasers to check on the status of their package via Pos Malaysia website.

It is possible to arrange shipment of our goods to other destinations worldwide, but all transactions are bounded under the terms and conditions stated in this document. 

Your Required Information

To purchase from D Looking Glass' website, you will need to register some details with us. You are required to provide information about yourself that is up-to-date and accurate.  The key information we require includes your name, your e-mail address, your phone number (For cases where we need to contact you directly for COD arrangements or courier service purposes) and your mailing address, including accurate postcodes.  We will not be able to proceed and complete any transactions without these details.

Completing Your Order

Please always double check your order details to confirm you are satisfied with the quantities and prices of the goods you wish to purchase.  Always check you have selected the correct size and colour as well. 

Please note that all purchases are subject to availability.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an Order Request email to confirm receipt within 5 minutes. This email will provide you with the core details of your order(s). Should we have any queries about your order(s) or have any problems in processing your order(s), D Looking Glass will email you directly to inquire.

A Purchase Invoice email will be send to you within 24 hours containing payment details - amount, postage / COD cost (if any). This email does not constitute our acceptance of your order or a guarantee that it can be fulfilled, as priority will be given to customers who can remit the full payment first.

Order(s) will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 3 days time.

Pricing & Delivery Charges

The prices payable for all items offered on our website are clearly displayed. 

When items are reduced in price for promotional or sale periods, the new price will be displayed in red with the previous price shown in red with a strikethrough.

Whilst we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the pricing on our website, the price may be inaccurately shown due to typing error (very rarely!). Should we be unable to fulfil the order due to a pricing error, we shall contact you regarding the required adjustment and provide you with the opportunity to cancel or accept the order based on the correct pricing. 
 

The prices shown for items on the website does not include charges for postage and packing (delivery).  Delivery charges (p&p) will be added to the total product value of your order based on the delivery service you chose and will be conveyed to you via Purchase Invoice email.

Information on postage (courier services) may be found in the Delivery Methods Information section of our website.  Customers have two choices of delivery services.  Courier Service or C.O.D (Cash On Delivery).

Payment Methods

Our official business banking transaction account is through Maybank. Account number will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. If for any reason, you are unable to remit payment through our Maybank account, please inquire within for other banks such as Public Bank, CIMB bank and Hong Leong Bank.

Security

Ensuring that you are able to browse through and shop at D Looking Glass website is of vital importance to us. We have created a secure transactional site and all payment activities are encrypted to prevent any fraud or disclosure of personal information to an outside party.

Title

Item(s) that you have ordered remain the property of D Looking Glass until we have received payment in full for those item(s).

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer two types of delivery:

-  Courier Services (Pos Laju/Pos Ekpress)

-  C.O.D (Cash On Delivery)

Delivery times represent the level of service we endeavour to achieve for all orders. We may not able to guarantee the delivery of our products at a particular time or on a particular date. We use Pos Laju/Pos Express for the shipment of our packages.  On occasions, time delays beyond our control may be caused by the Pos Laju/Pos Express.

Packages will be delivered to the delivery address which was provided when the order was placed. The purchaser is advised to make necessary arrangements to receive the package(s) despatched to that address.

For Pos Laju posting, a signature will be required for proof of receipt. If it is not possible for the postman to deliver the goods, the postman will leave instructions of how to pick up your package from the nearest Pos Office. The purchaser can also make a call to the Post Office to request the postman to resend the package again the next day.  

For Pos Express posting, no signature is required for proof of receipt.  If it is not possible to deliver the goods, the postman will drop the parkage into your letter box.

D Looking Glass is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during the shipping process once we've passed the package to the Post Office. 

Returns

Good sold are not returnable or refundable*.
